REZ transforms 80's kitchen to 2020! Took down a wall and opened and extended kitchen into dining room by a few feet to accomodate larger island.

Created a mezzanine from extra wasted space in this large master with tall ceilings. Also, added casement windows for privacy to an open area overlooking living room.

Converted closed stairs to open stairwell for an updated airy look by removing interior drywall, replacing risers and installing modern cable rails.
